Russian Cream

Russian Cream       Art City Trolley

1 cup boiling water 
1 Tbs knox gelatin
mix in microwave

3 cups whip cream warm (no whip)
1½ cups sugar

Add two mixture together.  
Cool to temp of baby bottle. 
Add 1¼ cup sour cream (greek yogurt is even better)
Put in custard dishes and chill. 
Serve with fresh fruit.  (Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries,kiwi)
