All Purpose Cream Sauce

2 cups instant nonfat dry milk
3/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup chicken flavored instant bouillon
4 tsp instant minced onion or 4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper

To make a great cheese sauce:
In a sauce pan combine 3/4 cup water and 3 tablespoons sauce mix.  Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.  Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.  Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
