Overnight Waffles

1 cup hot water
4 1/4 tsp yeast
2 T. sugar
1 c. butter
4 c. milk
4 c. flour
2 t. salt


Add in the morning:
4 eggs beaten
1/2 t. baking soda
4 t. vanilla

First add yeast and sugar to hot water.  Let sit for about 10 minutes or until foams.  While that is sitting, heat up milk and butter to 100 degrees.  Add flour and salt to the milk and butter mixture and then add yeast mixture.  Then add flour and salt.  Let sit overnight or up to 8 hours.

Add egg mixture in the morning and then cook.
